You cannot just pass by and ignore the overwhelming aromas at the Sunset Terrace. Aromas that compel you to stop and forget what actually had brought you there in the first place. One such dish that cast a spell on many of our guests and has brought in so many requests for a share is ‘Korean Style Broccoli and Mushroom’. Our head chef, Love Mathur, could no longer keep it to himself, could he?

So here goes the golden recipe while the chef is innovating new ones to surprise you!

Collect and be ready with:

Oil: 30 ml

Garlic Chopped: 01 tsp

Ginger Grated: 01 tsp

Green Chilli chopped: 01 tsp

Red Chili Paste: ¼ tsp

Dark Soy Sauce: ¼ tsp

Black bean sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Broccoli (Cut into florets, Blanched and chilled): 100 Gm

Shitake Mushroom (Soaked and Sliced): 100 gm

Roasted White Sesame Seeds: 5 Gms

Vegetable Stock: 200 ml

Cornstarch: 15 gm

Get. Set. Go!

On High heat, put the oil in a seasoned wok, add ginger, garlic, chilli and toss for a few seconds. Then add the vegetable stock. Add the Sauces, paste along with broccoli and mushroom; bring to boil and thicken with cornstarch dissolved in cold water. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot garnished with sesame seeds. Serve with rice or noodles.

Don’t forget to surprise your folks with the Korean Style Broccoli And Mushroom, cooked in your own kitchen. Come back and tell us what compliments you were showered with.
