You cannot just pass by and ignore the overwhelming aromas at the Sunset Terrace. Aromas that compel you to stop and forget what actually had brought you there in the first place. One such dish that cast a spell on many of our guests and has brought in so many requests for a share is ‘Korean Style Broccoli and Mushroom’. Our head chef, Love Mathur, could no longer keep it to himself, could he?
So here goes the golden recipe while the chef is innovating new ones to surprise you!
Collect and be ready with:
Oil: 30 ml
Garlic Chopped: 01 tsp
Ginger Grated: 01 tsp
Green Chilli chopped: 01 tsp
Red Chili Paste: ¼ tsp
Dark Soy Sauce: ¼ tsp
Black bean sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Broccoli (Cut into florets, Blanched and chilled): 100 Gm
Shitake Mushroom (Soaked and Sliced): 100 gm
Roasted White Sesame Seeds: 5 Gms
Vegetable Stock: 200 ml
Cornstarch: 15 gm
Get. Set. Go!
On High heat, put the oil in a seasoned wok, add ginger, garlic, chilli and toss for a few seconds. Then add the vegetable stock. Add the Sauces, paste along with broccoli and mushroom; bring to boil and thicken with cornstarch dissolved in cold water. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot garnished with sesame seeds. Serve with rice or noodles.
